MEET HOLLY THOMASON — Owner & Insurance Agent
If there's one thing to know about Holly Thomason, it's that she has truly never met a stranger.
Holly has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and has been an agency owner since 2013. A graduate of Piedmont College, she began her career as a school teacher before finding her calling in insurance and community-focused service.
For Holly, insurance has always been about people first. She enjoys getting to know her customers, their families, and their stories, and believes customers should understand what they have, why they have it, and who will be there when they need help.
Having lived in Toccoa since she was four and served the Hartwell community for many years, Holly understands the importance of hometown relationships, accessibility, and trust.
Outside the office, Holly enjoys coffee, crafting and creative projects, traveling, concerts, and spending time with her four nieces and two nephews.
Her philosophy is simple: customers should walk through the door feeling like a neighbor and leave feeling like a friend.

With nearly a decade of experience in insurance, Connie brings knowledge, creativity, and genuine care to every customer interaction. Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance in Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee, she enjoys helping individuals, families, and business owners find coverage that fits their needs.
Connie understands small business firsthand through her family's longstanding local business, giving her a unique appreciation for hard work, integrity, personalized service, and community relationships.
Outside of work, Connie enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren, being creative, and making the people around her feel cared for.
Avery Hudson — Insurance Professional
Born and raised in Hartwell, Avery brings more than four years of insurance experience and a strong attention to detail to the team. She is licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance in Georgia and South Carolina and is also a Notary Public.
Avery believes good insurance starts with asking the right questions. She takes the time to understand what each customer needs to protect and helps them find the right balance between coverage and value.
Outside of the office, Avery enjoys crocheting, reading, and spending time with her husband and growing family.
Shari Gibson — Insurance Professional
Shari brings eight years of insurance experience, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a genuine love for people to the team.
She enjoys getting to know the person behind the policy and helping customers navigate their options in a way that feels comfortable and straightforward. As a small-business owner herself through her boutique, Delilah Jo's, Shari understands the hard work and dedication that goes into building something of your own.
Shari and her husband, Shayne, have been married for 18 years and are proud parents and grandparents. Outside of work, she enjoys family time and spontaneous road trips.
Lisa Simpson — Insurance Professional
Lisa brings four years of insurance experience and a passion for making insurance easier to understand. She enjoys digging into the details, helping customers identify opportunities to save, and making sure those savings don't come at the expense of important coverage.
Family, faith, photography, animals, and community are at the heart of Lisa's life. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children, photographing family memories, volunteering with animal rescue efforts, and serving in her church's children's ministry.

Ashley Pearson — Insurance Professional
Ashley Pearson is a Hartwell native who is proud to call this community home. A devoted wife and mom of three, Ashley is deeply family-oriented and understands the importance of protecting the people and things that matter most. When she’s not spending time with her family, you’ll likely find her behind a camera enjoying her love of photography—or with an iced coffee in hand!
Ashley began her career in insurance within the past year and has quickly developed a passion for helping people understand their coverage and make confident decisions. She believes insurance should never be about simply selling a policy—it should start with listening, understanding each customer’s individual needs, and helping them find coverage that provides real value for their family and their budget.
For Ashley, building relationships comes first. She enjoys getting to know customers, learning what is important to them, and being someone they can turn to as their lives and insurance needs change. Ashley is excited to continue growing in the insurance industry while serving the people of Hartwell and the surrounding communities with a personal, needs-based approach.
